Community Policy

1. Respectful Participation

Community members are expected to communicate respectfully. Disagreement may occur, but personal attacks, harassment, intimidation, threats, bullying and deliberately disruptive behavior are not permitted.

2. Faith-Based Environment

Our platforms are faith-based spaces. Participants should respect the mission, teachings, leadership structure and spiritual purpose of the community.

Content intended to mock, undermine, exploit or intentionally disrupt the faith-centered environment may be removed.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is not permitted:

• Harassment, bullying, threats or abusive communication.
• Hate speech or degrading statements directed at another person.
• Sexually explicit, obscene or inappropriate material.
• Fraud, impersonation, deception or false representation.
• Unauthorized fundraising, selling, solicitation or advertising.
• Spam, repetitive promotions or unsolicited direct messages.
• Sharing private information without the individual’s permission.
• Disrupting services, meetings, classes, livestreams or group discussions.
• Using our platforms to recruit members into unrelated groups without authorization.
• Illegal activity or content encouraging illegal activity.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

Members must respect the privacy of others. Prayer requests, testimonies, conversations and personal information shared in private groups, meetings or ministry sessions should not be recorded, published or redistributed without authorization.

Do not publicly share another member’s phone number, email address, photograph, testimony, medical information or personal circumstances without permission.

5. Photos, Videos and Recordings

Some public events, livestreams, conferences, classes and ministry gatherings may be photographed or recorded for education, ministry, documentation, promotion and marketing.

Participants should follow any media notices, release requirements or instructions connected to a particular event. Private sessions may not be recorded unless permission has been granted.

6. Promotions and Solicitation

Members may not promote businesses, products, services, ministries, events, donation requests or outside communities without prior authorization.

Permission to participate in the community does not automatically include permission to advertise or solicit other members.

7. Community Moderation

KingdomX Ministries and its authorized administrators may review, restrict or remove content that violates this policy or interferes with the purpose and safety of the community.

Depending on the circumstances, actions may include:

• A reminder or written warning.
• Removal of a post, message or comment.
• Temporary restriction or suspension.
• Removal from a group, meeting, event or platform.
• Blocking future access when necessary.

Serious conduct may result in immediate removal without a prior warning.

8. Safety and Emergencies

Our communities provide faith-based connection and encouragement, but they are not emergency, medical, legal or crisis-response services.

Anyone experiencing an immediate emergency should contact the appropriate emergency or professional service in their area.

9. SMS and Electronic Communications

When you voluntarily provide your contact information and consent to receive communications, messages may include community announcements, event notices, ministry updates, prayer information, reminders and requested follow-up.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages or HELP for assistance.

10. Policy Updates

We may revise this Community Policy as our ministries, programs, platforms or legal requirements change. The most current version will be posted on this page.
