OFFICIAL RAFFLE RULES

MEGA WINS raffles are fundraising initiatives created to offer participants opportunities to win prizes while helping support our mission, outreach, programs, events, media initiatives, and community impact.
These General Official Raffle Rules apply to MEGA WINS raffles unless additional or different terms are published for a specific raffle.
By purchasing a raffle entry, the participant agrees to these Official Rules and the specific terms published for that raffle.
1. ELIGIBILITY
Unless otherwise stated for a particular raffle, participants must be 18 years of age or older.
Participants must provide accurate contact information, including their name, telephone number and/or email address.
MEGA WINS reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any potential winner before awarding a prize.
Individuals directly involved in administering or conducting a particular drawing may be prohibited from participating in that drawing.
2. RAFFLE ENTRIES
Each individual MEGA WINS raffle will provide the important details for that particular drawing, including:
• Prize or prizes
• Entry price
• Number of chances included with an entry or entry package
• Entry deadline
• Drawing date
• Winner announcement information
• Prize pickup, delivery or shipping terms
• Any additional eligibility requirements
Entries must be successfully submitted and received by the published deadline.
Purchasing more entries may increase the number of chances a participant has in the drawing, but purchasing an entry does not guarantee a win.
3. ALL RAFFLE ENTRY SALES ARE FINAL
All completed raffle entry purchases are final and non-refundable.
Once an eligible raffle entry has been purchased and accepted into a drawing, the participant may not cancel the entry or request a refund simply because the participant no longer wishes to participate or does not win.
Payments that are canceled, reversed, disputed, declined, fraudulent, or otherwise not successfully completed may cause the corresponding raffle entries to become invalid.
If MEGA WINS cancels a raffle, the organization will address affected entries in accordance with applicable law, payment-provider requirements, and any terms announced for that raffle.
4. WINNER SELECTION
Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries received for the applicable raffle.
The drawing date will be announced before the drawing.
The person associated with the selected entry will be considered a potential winner until eligibility and entry information have been verified.
5. LIVE DRAWINGS & WINNER ANNOUNCEMENTS
MEGA WINS may conduct or announce raffle drawings during a live broadcast, event, website presentation, social-media broadcast, or another announced platform.
Unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular raffle, you do not have to be watching live or physically present to win.
The potential winner may be announced during the live drawing and will also be contacted using the information provided with the raffle entry.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION & 24-HOUR RESPONSE
Unless different terms are published for a particular raffle, the selected potential winner must respond within 24 hours of official notification.
MEGA WINS may contact the winner by telephone, text message, email, or another contact method provided with the entry.
The potential winner may be required to verify identity, age, eligibility, contact information, entry information, and pickup or shipping information.
A person is not considered the confirmed winner until the required verification has been completed.
7. ALTERNATE WINNER
An alternate winner may be randomly selected if the original potential winner:
• Does not respond within the stated claim period
• Cannot be contacted using the information provided
• Is determined to be ineligible
• Declines the prize
• Provided materially false or inaccurate information
• Fails to complete required verification
• Otherwise fails to comply with the applicable Official Rules
The alternate potential winner will be subject to the same eligibility and verification requirements.
8. PRIZES
Each raffle will identify the prize or prizes being offered.
Promotional photographs or graphics may be used to represent a prize. When appropriate, the actual brand, model, size, specifications, approximate value, or other important prize information will be provided with the individual raffle.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or substituted at the winner's request.
If circumstances outside MEGA WINS' reasonable control make an advertised prize unavailable, any substitution or other resolution will be handled in accordance with the specific raffle terms and applicable law.
9. PICKUP, DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Prize fulfillment may vary depending upon the raffle and the type or size of the prize.
An individual raffle may be designated as:
• Local Pickup
• Local Delivery
• Shipping Available
Any geographic restrictions, shipping charges, delivery requirements, or winner responsibilities will be disclosed in the applicable raffle information or Official Rules.
The winner is responsible for providing accurate information necessary to receive the prize.
10. TAXES
The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local tax obligations associated with receiving a prize unless otherwise required by law.
MEGA WINS may require information or documentation necessary to satisfy applicable reporting requirements.
11. FAIRNESS & INTEGRITY
MEGA WINS intends to administer its raffles fairly.
Fraudulent entries, payment fraud, attempts to manipulate a drawing, unauthorized interference with the entry system, or other conduct that compromises the integrity of a raffle may result in disqualification.
12. PUBLIC WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
MEGA WINS may publicly announce reasonable identifying information about a confirmed winner, such as the winner's name and general location, subject to applicable law.
Sensitive payment or financial information will not be publicly disclosed.
Any additional promotional use of a winner's photograph, video, likeness, or testimonial should be subject to any authorization required by applicable law.
13. CHANGES, POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATION
If circumstances affecting the lawful, fair, or practical administration of a raffle require a drawing to be postponed, modified, suspended, or canceled, MEGA WINS may take appropriate action subject to applicable law.
Material changes affecting participants will be communicated through the MEGA WINS/KGDMX website or another appropriate communication channel.

15. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW
MEGA WINS raffles are intended to be conducted only when authorized and in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and licensing requirements.
A raffle will not be offered where prohibited by law.

SELECTED WINNERS MUST RESPOND WITHIN THE PUBLISHED CLAIM PERIOD AND COMPLETE ELIGIBILITY VERIFICATION.
IF A POTENTIAL WINNER DOES NOT RESPOND OR IS INELIGIBLE, AN ALTERNATE WINNER MAY BE RANDOMLY SELECTED.
PURCHASE OF A RAFFLE ENTRY DOES NOT GUARANTEE A PRIZE.
