SMS Terms & Communications Policy

1 SMS Program Description

KGDM Now Global uses SMS and MMS text messaging to communicate with individuals who request information, register for programs, submit forms, participate in ministry activities, or choose to receive recurring communications.

Messages may include:

• Ministry news, announcements, and updates
• Weekly encouragement and inspirational messages
• Biblical teaching and ministry resources
• Worship service and livestream reminders
• Event, conference, and registration information
• Prayer opportunities and prayer alerts
• Community and fellowship announcements
• Program and schedule changes
• Volunteer, speaker, and leadership opportunities
• Booking, registration, or application follow-up
• Partnership, giving, and ministry-support opportunities

2 How You Opt In

Individuals may enroll by voluntarily providing a mobile phone number and clearly agreeing to receive SMS communications from KGDM Now Global.

Opt-in methods may include:

• Selecting an unchecked SMS consent box on a form at kgdmx.com
• Completing a ministry, community, event, volunteer, speaker, booking, prayer, or registration form containing a clear SMS consent option
• Texting an advertised keyword to a phone number operated by KGDM Now Global
• Providing consent through another clearly disclosed written or electronic enrollment method

3 Recurring Communications

Subscribers who affirmatively opt in may receive recurring informational, inspirational, community, ministry, marketing, or promotional messages from KGDM Now Global.

These may include weekly communications and additional notices related to events, programs, prayer opportunities, schedule changes, conferences, broadcasts, and community activities.

4 Applications and Specific Requests

When an individual submits a prayer request, booking inquiry, speaker application, volunteer application, registration, or another request, KGDM Now Global may contact that person about the specific submission.

Request-related communication does not automatically enroll someone in recurring promotional messages. Recurring messaging requires a separate affirmative SMS opt-in.

5 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Subscribers may receive weekly messages and additional communications based on upcoming ministry activities, events, registrations, prayer opportunities, and community announcements.

Message frequency may increase during active conferences, registration periods, special programs, or important ministry announcements.

6 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to the subscriber’s wireless service plan. KGDM Now Global is not responsible for charges assessed by a mobile telephone provider.

9 Mobile Information and Privacy

KGDM Now Global may provide limited information to trusted service providers that help operate website forms, email systems, telephone services, customer relationship management systems, and SMS delivery.

Those providers may use the information only as reasonably necessary to provide services on behalf of KGDM Now Global.

• Registration, application, or form information

11 Carrier and Delivery Information

SMS and MMS services may not be available through every carrier or in every geographic location. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Delivery depends on carrier systems, network availability, device compatibility, and other circumstances outside the control of KGDM Now Global.

12 Subscriber Responsibility

By enrolling a mobile number, the subscriber confirms that they are the authorized user of the number or have permission from the authorized user to enroll it.

Subscribers should opt out or contact KGDM Now Global if their mobile number is reassigned, disconnected, or no longer under their control.

13 Changes to This Policy

KGDM Now Global may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in ministry practices, communication services, legal requirements, or carrier standards.

Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
